Justin "Leaf" Matthews puts some of his workout clothing into a locker and he slams it closed. He just finished a tennis lesson with one of the guests at the Barracuda Blue and is now looking to grab some food so he can refuel. He turns to leave the locker room and sees Liam Thornton moving inside. They look at one another quickly before they move up to one another and greet each other with a kiss on the lips.

"How was your lesson?" Liam asks him as they part ways.

"The guest was awful," Leaf chuckles back to him. "I don't think he's ever played tennis before in his life."

Liam cackles back with him. "Sounds like a good time," he winks back to him.

"What brings you here?"

"I wanted to get a workout in," Liam admits to him. "I feel like I've been slacking in that area since we were dismissed from the tour."

"I'm still sorry about that," Leaf shakes his head back to him. "If only I had stood up to Arrow and Orvilla…"

"Don't blame yourself," Liam replies to him. "You had no idea the extent of their plans. And, some good did come from it…I mean…You and I are closer than ever."

"That we are," Leaf smiles back to him. "That has been the silver lining in all of this."

"Can I ask you something?"

"Yea, what's up?"

"Do you miss Arrow?" Liam asks Leaf quickly. He has been avoiding this question for some time but he knows that the Justin's were together for many years.

Leaf uneasily gulps back to him. "It's…it is complicated," Leaf admits to him. "Arrow and I were together for a long time, but the truth is, I don't think I could ever trust him again, not after he betrayed me the way he did. So, yes, a part of me does miss him, but another part of me thinks that I never really knew him at all."

"I get that," Liam says as he grabs Leaf's hand. "You know I'm here if you ever need to talk about it, right?"

"Thanks, I appreciate it. Have you and your sister come to a decision about Meccanica?"

"We have," Liam nods back to him as Leaf's eyes open wider in surprise. He knows that his mother, Jacqueline, has been pressing him to make things official with Liam to secure his future financially. If Liam takes over as the CEO of Meccanica, he will have even more money that what he already does. "We are going to run the company together; we are going to be co-CEO's of Meccanica. Leaf, I am going to be running my family's company!"

"Oh my!" Leaf grabs Liam and pulls him into a hug. "I am so proud of you, Liam. You're going to be amazing," he says as they exit their embrace and he pulls Liam into a passionate kiss.

Meanwhile, in the lobby of the Barracuda Blue, Marco Belli rushes up to one of the housekeeping carts that is near the frat elevator. The carts use a special elevator to ensure the guests aren't impacted by moving around. Marco, immediately, grabs one of the towels and starts to dry himself off. He is soaking wet because earlier he broke up a pool fight between Chloe Peller and Lyzz Thornton; he can't believe that two grown women were fighting in the pool and in front of guests.

"Did you just have to save someone's life?" Kelvin Jetter asks as he moves up the man that he is attracted too. He has been longing for Marco for weeks now, and they even had sex once, but Marco has been determined to be with Liam.

"I wish," Marco chuckles back to him. "I just broke up a catfight in the pool, if you can believe it."

"Whoa, that's…different."

"You can say that again," Marco continues to chuckle to him.

"You're looking good, by the way," Kelvin tells him as he eyes Marco's six-pack and his toned pecs. "All the swimming you do, it's paying off."

"Thanks man," Marco replies to him. "You're always so kind to me."

He finds himself moving behind the bar and closer to the table where Leaf and Jacqueline are sitting. He moves just to be within ear shot of their conversation.

"Are you serious?" an excited Jacqueline gushes to her son before she takes a sip of her champagne. "Liam is going to be running Meccanica? Oh, Justin, this is exactly what we had hoped for!"

"Please," Leaf looks over his shoulder. "Please keep your voice down. No one can know about this; at least not yet."

"I'm calm, I'm calm," Jacqueline tries to hide her excitement. "But you have to realize that this is your chance; you have to be with Liam now. This is exactly what I was talking about within regards to your future."

"Oh yea, everything is cool," Kelvin says. "It's about Liam though. He and Leaf, they are definitely growing closer. I…I wouldn't be surprised if they announce some kind of more serious status."

"Yup, I saw them earlier and they were very, very close. I guess it's good after everything they've been through."

Marco gulps. "You know what's interesting?"

"I saw you and Leaf talking and you were encouraging him to pursue Liam. Why would you do that, Kelvin?" Marco asks him.

"You can say that again," Marco replies to him. "How about you? You look like you've lost your best friend."

Arrow uneasily chuckles back to him. "Because I have," he reveals to him before he takes a sip of his whiskey. "I have to accept that things between Leaf and I are over."

"Because he's with Liam now?"

"They aren't subtle with showing that they are together now, that's for sure."

"I am sorry, Arrow," Marco says. "I know breakup's can be difficult."

"You can say that again. Thanks for having this drink with me, Marco. For two gays that work together, we haven't really hung out a lot, have we?"

"No," Marco chuckles back to him. "We can change that. Here's to a new friendship?"

Their glasses toast together and they take a sip of the whiskey. At the entrance of the Café, Kelvin stands in shock at the sight of seeing Marco and Arrow huddled together. Just when he thought he and Marco were getting closer, he sees him with another man. Kelvin feels his blood start to boil at the sight, but he turns around and leaves the Café, having not been seen by the other two men.

Another loud clap of thunder booms outside as the rainstorm continues outside but inside the study of the Thornton mansion, Leaf and Liam are sitting across from one another at the table that Leaf set up for their romantic dinner.

Liam takes a sip of his champagne before he looks back at Leaf. "I…I still can't believe you went to all this trouble," he tells him quickly.

Leaf smiles back at him. "I wanted to do something to show you how much you mean to me," he replies to him. "And to let you know that I firmly believe that everything that has happened, happened for a reason."

"What do you mean by that?"

"I mean," Leaf continues to explain to him. "That I have started to think that you and I were always meant to be together. And everything that happened with Orvilla and Arrow happened to put us together."

"I have really enjoyed our time together as well," Liam admits to him. "It is refreshing to be with you like this, Leaf. I mean, I didn't exactly hide my attraction to you when you were my tennis coach."

"Neither did I," Leaf chuckles. "We are a good match together, Liam. And, I don't want this to end. Not now, not ever."

"You don't have to worry about that," Liam replies to him. "I'm not going anywhere."

"I was hoping you'd say that," Leaf says as another loud clap of thunder echoes behind them. "Because I got you something."

"What do you mean? What did you get me?"

Liam's eyes open wider in surprise as Leaf moves over to him and falls to bended knee. He takes out a small ring box from his pocket and opens it, revealing a golden band inside.

"Marry me, Liam?" Leaf asks him. "Let's spend the rest of our lives together?" he says as Liam gasps back to him in shock.

Kelvin opens the door to the locker rooms and rushes inside. He is furious after seeing Marco and Arrow together. He doesn't understand why Marco can't just be happy with him; there is always another man on the horizon and it is upsetting Kelvin to his very core.

"Just earlier today we slept together and, now, he is cozying up to Arrow?" he sighs to himself. "What actually gives?"

He finds a locker door that is open and he slams it shut. "If he thinks he can just use me and walk away from me, he's wrong. Dead wrong."

Lightening illuminates the sky as Leaf remains down on bended knee waiting for Liam to give him a response to his proposal.

"Your, uh, not saying anything," Leaf finally breaks the tense silence between them in the room as another loud clap of thunder booms outside. "Have I completed fucked this up?"

"I'm…" Liam starts to say as he grabs a glass of water and swallows some of the liquid down. "I'm just shocked. This is the very last thing that I expected tonight."

"I appreciate that," Leaf gulps back to him. "I just think we are a great match together, Liam. And I don't want that to ever change."

"It's just that we haven't been together that long, Leaf," Liam reminds him. "And…I'm sorry but…but I can't do this right now."

Leaf remains on the ground as Liam stands up and rushes out of the room. Leaf slowly stands up and looks at the ring in his hand just as another loud clap of thunder echoes outside as the storm continues to rage on.

Another fourty minutes later, Jacqueline opens the door to her suite and sees Leaf standing in the hallway. It usually doesn't take that long to drive from the Thornton mansion to the Barracuda Blue, but Leaf had to drive slower because of the heavy rain fall.

"Leaf, you're soaking wet," Jacqueline observes to her son as she lets him into her room. "What happened?"

"Just the walk from my car to the hotel," he mumbles back to her. "The rain is really coming down out there."

"You seem blue," Jacqueline tells him. "What's happened? What's put you in this mood?"

"I…" he begins to say as he looks back at her. "I have fucked everything up with Liam. I have ruined everything and now my future is up in the air more than it ever has before. Oh Mom, I don't know what I am going to do."
