SEASON THREE: Brock Jennings was introduced as Stacey's high school friend who turned into a physical therapist. He was helping Cole rehab following the shooting. Cole noted that Brock was attracted to him to Stacey. After Lex survived the liver transplant, Stacey and Mac hired Brock to look after Lex. Lex and Brock had an instant attraction to one another, which annoyed Jarek. Brock openly flirted with Lex, which made Jarek vow to stop them from having an affair. Brock and Lex soon shared a kiss, but Lex told him they couldn't be more than friends. Brock and Jarek came to blows, and then Brock overheard Jarek talking in his sleep about drugging Lex. Brock broke into Odette's house and discovered a stash of drugs that she was going to give Jarek to feed Lex. Meanwhile, Jarek realized he had to kill Brock and invited him to the mansion with Lex's phone. Once there, the two men engaged in a heated brawl which Lex walked in on. Lex heard Jarek admit that he drugged him; Brock punched Jarek and he stumbled back and fell off a balcony at the mansion, which killed him! Brock was briefly arrested but once his story was confirmed true, he was released and went to Lex, who thanked him for saving his life. They soon became lovers for the first time.

SEASON FOUR: Brock continued to sleep with Lex, who told him that he didn't want anything serious, which was an issue between them. Brock then saw Lex with Tanner and was jealous; they fought about it too. Shortly after, Brock found a stoned, and horny, Cole and gave him a blow job. Then, he learned that Lex and Tanner had sex, so he confronted Tanner and told him to stay away from Lex. Lex then asked the two guys to help him spy on Kent. Brock and Tanner put their differences aside and planted a bug in Kent's penthouse. Later, Lex, Tanner and Brock had a three some and he suggested the idea of a three way couple. Brock then saw Cole at the party, and told him that no one could ever know about their sexual encounter, unaware Lex heard everything.

SEASON FIVE: Brock was killed in the bombings at the Rockwell Mansion.
