CHRISTMAS SPECIAL: Noel and Lydia continued their affair, however, they started to drift apart. Lucinda warned Noel about getting involved with Lydia and soon, they agreed to end their affair.

CABO WABO: Noel turned out to be Carmen's new secret lover. They went to Cabo together and he convinced her to keep holding on to the CEO position of Rockwell Mining as long as she could. He revealed to her that he used to be involved with Lydia but he didn't get any part of the Rockwell fortune because she dumped him. He then suggested to Carmen that she offer to leave Rockwell Mining if the family paid her 500 million. Lydia was stunned. Lucinda saw the couple together and spilled to Lydia, who confronted Noel. Noel continued to support Carmen despite Lydia being upset with him.
